Seven part-time jobs available in Cork
Cúntóir Teanga (language assistants) positions are now available in Cork as part of Scéim na gCúntóirí Teanga lasmuigh den Ghaeltacht, a scheme run by Glór na nGael on behalf of an Roinn Forbartha Tuaithe agus Pobail agus Gaeltachta. The aim of the scheme is to support children and teenagers in improving their Irish by helping schools to facilitate additional opportunities for language enrichment and language acquisition.
The Cúntóir Teanga works closely with the teacher in the classroom or subject setting, providing practical activities that strengthen pupils’ spoken confidence, vocabulary, and communication skills in a natural and enjoyable way.
