Family weekend in Gaeltacht na Rinne 2026 – FULL

Irish speaking families will be heading for Gaeltachta na Rinne again this coming February 2026 for a weekend of events and fun.

They will spend 20th, 21st and 22nd February in Coláiste na Rinne at an event organised with the support of Glór na nGael, Dún Garbhán le Gaeilge and Comhlucht Forbartha na Déise. Families will stay overnight in the College on the Friday and Saturday nights.

There will be workshops, walks, music, games and much more. The weekend will offer the families a chance to spend time and enjoy the craic with other Irish speaking families.

The price covers bed and breakfast. Children under three are free. Families who are not staying in the accommodation at the College will be able to attend the activities as day visitors at a cost of €100.
